Charming small place to stay 3 km away from Cenote Crystal Museum. Gorgeous & large unit with the outdoor tub which was simply amazing. Impeccable service and great value. The pool area was great too. A pleasant restaurant in the hotel. Very nice stay, as always.

Nice location walk from main attractions and a bus stop. Appetising food in the pool area for breakfast for our free meal.

Plunge pool disappointment
We loved the charming atmosphere and the good breakfast with a friendly cat visiting us! Such a cute touch to our mornings.
Our 'plunge pool' was more of a cement bathtub, barely filling with water. It was quite misleading and frustrating for what we paid.

The property exceeded all expectations, we would definitely go again. Thank you for a very nice stay for an extra night later in the trip. It has convenient location really close to the Main Street in Tulum, taxi and Tulum beach. La Veleta district deserves your time and attention. The hotel offers delicious coffee and tea for breakfast:)))

Really cute boutique hotel with excellent breakfast options, including organic products that added a nice touch. The staff were helpful, providing great local dining recommendations. The outdoor pools were fantastic for relaxation, but more seating around them would have been appreciated. While the location was good, access to some attractions could be a bit tricky without a car.

A Relaxing Retreat with Room for Improvement
The gardens were lush, and the vibe was peaceful. The room needed attention, especially the pillows. Don't forget to bring earplugs for nighttime, as some external noise can disrupt your rest. The nearby beach was fine!

Would be happy to recommend for a city holiday
Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, with two nice clean swimming pools and a comfortable King Suite with fast wifi and air conditioning for a relaxing stay.

missingWrote a review on 25 Febunbearable noise
The noise from neighboring establishments is a constant issue. Loud music and chatter from nearby bars kept me up late into the night. The 'private pool' is just a large stone bath that doesn't function as a proper pool, contradicting the appealing photos. During rainy weather, surfaces become dangerously slippery.
